I have read and agree to abide by the Overcoming Obstacles Network Code of Conduct.

I commit to doing my best at this event to represent myself and Overcoming Obstacles Ministries in a manner consistent with the core values and mission of the organization.

Cancellation note:  In the case that your confirmed event is cancelled for an unforeseen reason, we will work with all parties to reschedule the event. If we cannot reschedule the event, then we will pay $250 to the event partners for holding the date. If the event is canceled after the event partner has already traveled to the event, then all travel will be covered + $250 for the inconvenience. Whenever possible, Overcoming Obstacles will endeavor to pay full agreed upon payment to the event partners; however, when not possible, we will honor the cancellation details described above.
