Some of our equipment is EXTREMELY heavy and requires extra help for the 2 ½ - 3 hour set up and the 1 ½ - 2 hour break down.  We prefer setting up indoors if possible (depending on event and course being used), but outdoor is not a problem. Double doors are required for an indoor set up.  Please remove the middle bar and ensure there is sufficient lighting before arrival.

We depend on volunteer help to make these builds possible and to keep costs as low as we can. If you can provide a volunteer team to help with the build, please indicate below. If you're unable to or would prefer not to provide a volunteer team, we also offer an option for us to bring in a build crew for an additional cost. Please indicate below if that would be your preference.

VOLUNTEERS during the Event:  4 adult volunteer spotters are necessary. Spotting is not hard.

MERCHANDISE: We may have merchandise available for purchase depending on the event/location/course utilized. We typically request two 8-ft tables for setting up these items.

SOUND:  Please provide a sound system with a wireless handheld microphone, as we do not carry our own.

RELEASE FORMS:  Please indicate your preference below on handling release forms for volunteers


Cancellation Policies


Deposits are non-refundable. If event is canceled less than one month before event date, total cost must be paid in full.

If Overcoming Obstacles is forced to cancel the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of all money paid, including deposit.

If weather or other unforeseen circumstances were to occur, then both parties will work to reschedule the event. If it is not possible to reschedule, then a full refund will be given.


I/We have read this agreement and hereby accept the stated policies and requirements.

If necessary, Overcoming Obstacles reserves the right to re-negotiate the terms of this contract with the signer.
